Where can we take our photos?
Wherever your heart desires (in or 5 miles around Mountain House)! Just let us know when you sign-up or tell us when we contact you after registering.

How long will my photoshoot last?
This promotion gives you a full (30) minute mini-session.

Can I extend my photoshoot?
Yes - absolutely! We offer paid upgrades so you can enjoy more time taking beautiful photographs with us. Additional time is purchased in 30-minute blocks for $50 each, providing you with an additional (5) professionally edited digital photos.

How many digital photos will I receive?
After your fun photoshoot, we'll send you a link to your very own private proof gallery. Take a look around and pick your own (5) favorites and we'll beautifully edit them and digitally deliver the polished, full-resolution digital photos to you within (1) week. (If you need them faster, please ask us about rush delivery.)

How many photo proofs can I expect?
Every session is different, but it's pretty normal for us to deliver 25 - 50 photo proofs to your private viewing gallery.

What is a photo proof?
Our photo proofs are low-resolution, watermarked digital images we provide as a courtesy to our clients in order for you to choose your very own favorites for professional editing by us.

Can I keep the photo proofs?
Yes - absolutely! All of the photo proofs are freely downloadable for your enjoyment.

Can I purchase more edited photos?
Yes - absolutely! Here is a list of additional purchase options:

How long will it take to receive my photos?
After your fun photoshoot, you'll receive a link to your very own private proof gallery within 48 hours of your photoshoot. Once you've selected your absolute favorites for editing, we'll get to work and have the polished, full-resolution photos digitally delivered to you within (1) week.

How many photo prints do I receive for free?
You'll receive (1) 4x6" photo print for FREE with each of your edited digital photos if your mini-session is held on or before December 15, 2019.

Can I purchase duplicate photo prints?
Yes - absolutely! 4x6" print copies are just 25 cents each.

Can I choose a different size for my photo prints?
Unfortunately, we are not offering other sizes for this promotional offer. Don't worry, however, because you can print any size of your digital photo copies at any local print shop!

Can you print my digital photos that I took myself?
Sure thing! For a limited time we can deliver 4x6" prints of your own digital photos until December 15, 2019 for just 25 cents each.

Can I re-schedule my reservation?
Yes, please contact us for re-scheduling requests. All re-schedules are free, but subject to our availability.

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, please contact us for a cancellation before (48) hours of your scheduled mini-session.
